Let me now introduce you to The Soul Catalyst 4 in 1 System of Healing.

The Soul Catalyst 4 in 1 System of Healing focuses on using the concept of integrative medicine, or trusting that body, mind and spirit work together in service to the soul. This is not necessarily about curing illnesses, but rather trusting that there is a wholeness to our living that continues even to our death. 

Let’s define a few terms right off the bat. What is a catalyst? I like to think of this as a force that pokes us in the booty, or that puts gas in our tank, or the “get you going goo” that drives us to show up, to pay attention, to trust we are part of a bigger picture that wants us to wake up, listen to the prompts, and sing our song.

What’s the soul? For our purposes, the soul is the deepest, truest, most complete version of ourselves. Who wouldn’t want to live this way? Everyone, right? 

This system challenges us to put a healing practice in place, “before the ‘you-know-what’ hits the fan.” A practice that will hold you up when life lets you down. One that will shine a light in the dark and help you find your way. A practice that will give you confidence in yourself. One that will help you solve the mystery that is YOU.
